In order to continually improve VendorLink's reliable service, we have made some infrastructure improvements. In order to have connection to service after August 24th, 2018 please make the following changes now:
To do this you will need access to VendorLink Client. We recommend you make this change shortly after one of your sweeps has completed.
Open VendorLink Client> Stop Service> open Settings:
In FTP Server field, change URL to: vl.universalss.com
Save & close settings> START SERVICE
There are two new IP addresses that need to be added to your white listed/trusted sites: -50.22.24.251 -50.22.11.126 Questions? email support@universalss.com
