We are excited to announce an updated HDMS Cloud website. The new website will not change how you connect to or use HDMS, just the look & feel of the website.  We also added NEW functionality and tools for ease of access.  You can look forward to –

• Password Reset Tool

If you forget your password, now you can reset it on your own instead of having to place a call to Support.  When you click the Forgot Password link, we will send you an automated email.  This will save you time and ensure you can right back into HDMS!

• Built-in Profile

Upon your first login, we will collect your full name and email to be used for our password reset tool.  You only have to do this once and can update it anytime.

• Quick Pages

We made some of our most popular sites all accessible in one drop-down menu for you!  When you are logged into the cloud, you can get to the USS Homepage, USS Academy and our new Customer Hub.

If you experience visual issues or a screen that may not look as you expect, you may need to clear your internet browser cache. Once the cache is cleared, you will need to exit your web browser and relaunch the page in order to see any changes.
