Primary Duties
  • Perform classroom and web training
  • Create customized training plans
  • Support project timeline as directed by Implementations PM
  • Troubleshoot & resolve issues with customers that may or may not have standard documentation
  • Document new issues & resolutions in clear, concise manner
Basic Qualifications
  • Must be able to travel
  • Able to speak to & engage a live audience (both in person & via web)
  • Able to use resources like subject matter experts & existing materials to execute new materials
  • Self-motivated and works well independently to complete projects on a deadline
