HealthCall Direct software is an HDMS companion module that electronically sends and receives your patient's order details enabling HealthCall to connect with your patient population for compliance and reorder questions and responses.
Patient responses to compliance and reorder questions are electronically returned into the HDMS patient records, and new supply orders are automatically queued for review and scheduling of delivery.
HealthCall Direct with be released by Universal Software in the fourth quarter of this year.
