The Plan of Service application is a companion application that will run in conjunction to the already powerful HDMS Billing and Accounts Receivable application.   This module is designed specifically to provide a complete customer service data entry and order tracking solution.  Its fast and easy data entry process and validation methods are designed to catch, prevent and even guide the operator past any possible billing problems of a product or service before it is delivered.   If those common mistakes are prevented before products even leave your facility, it will result in better, faster and clearer billing, which in turn will reduce the aged receivables and improve your days outstanding revenue for your organization. 

Customizable to your organizations needs, a work flow process can be designed to adjust to your company’s changing needs and still allow the software to apply its power to help prevent errors.

Information that is essential for billing will now be collected at the time a work order is created and validated before a product is delivered to a patient. Once a work order has been completed, it may be verified and released into the billing system resulting in cleaner initial billing to the patient’s primary payer.    After a work order is released, it may then be scheduled by your dispatcher and then confirmed upon completion of the delivery.   
 

Along with the walk-in orders that are common for store front operations, you may also implement the electronic drop shipment of orders to your suppliers who will in turn ship the products directly to your patients.  This will save you time with purchasing the stock so it is available only to move it out of your warehouses.   This powerful integration takes away the mistakes or thinking from the operators as to which supplier provides the best pricing.   The system will know based upon vendor formularies, which products are best to sell and from which supplier.
